A shorter answer would be whats Right? ....... Nothing!

 

Considering their CEO just wrote in a letter to the FMCSA that he encourages them to make hair testing a federally approved form of drug testing and be mandatory there is a good chance they do.

An interesting note that I learned from reading it though is that if you fail a hair test a company can not report it on your DAC or to a future employer since the FMCSA has not approved it as a federal form of drug testing.

 

To my knowledge they don't, but they could very well have started. All I've ever had done is a pee test or breath analyzer.

They do hair drug Test. I wasn't on my way months ago. I used to smoke so I know its in my hair. I can pass it urine though and I'm not a drug addict and if I didn't wanna get my cdl's I would still do it.

 

No, they don't do hair tests, just pee in the jar.

 

They do random hair test at time of hire....so if theres 10 of u, 4 will get hair testd, and everybody will pee in a cup....England does more hair testing than ANY other trucking company PERIOD. And when you come in from your training period, same thing....random 4 out every 10

there was a driver on here that posted he worked 9 weeks running three thousand miles every 7 days and never saw a penny the whole time. true or not that's spooky. and he was at england. leasingggg not for the faint hearted.
