    Everyone is hurting right now. Companies and people alike are in bad shape. I'd look for a local job that pays hourly if I were worried about not giv away my labor for free.

    Quite the opposite. Their size can work against them. Drivers getting lost in the system, 40-50 drivers for one dispatcher, etc.

    I did alright with cr england when they taught me to drive ten years ago. Since I was going to be driving one of their trucks they knew it was in their best interest to teach me good and that is what they did. The contract only required me to be with them a total of six months from the day I got my cdl and that includes training time. After that I was free to move on and get a higher paying job.
