yeah at C. R. England it’s hard to get a hold of your driver manager, after hours or the shop when you need help. You can be put on hold for hours

 

I worked under an Acct Manager that refused to answer his phone after 4pm. I was his fleet Mgr and my drivers knew I was always available if it was an urgent matter. If my drivers could be signed into stores at 0500 and be working until long after 4pm I think it’s only common courtesy to be available to them. My back ground in transportation is to be a support not supervisor. My ex boss needs an old school attitude adjustment in the arrogance check department.

 

Ouch!! But Facts! I can say if those cats can learn how to back into position behind a Dollar Tree fresh out of school they will be mofo beasts after a year or 2.
