I'm supposed to go to C1 in Ft. Worth in a few weeks. The only thing I'm worried about is the DOT physical they'll make me take. I was DX with mild sleep apnea in January and I've been using my CPAP machine since then (I think it took me a month to not rip the thing off of my face in the middle of the night :biggrin_25510::biggrin_2559:). I average about 6 hours a night on the thing now. The only time I don't use it is if I had fallen asleep on the couch or I was sick and couldn't breath through my nose.

Should I call my sleep doc and get a release from him? I'm sure lots of drivers have apnea. Has this been a problem for anyone pre-hiring?

edit to add: pre-hire with PAM
