C13 eco won’t communicate deleted

Single turbo deleted

bought truck this year with a cel, truck seems to run fine but feel could be better

check engine light stays on and periodically flashes

After an ecm main fuse issue at battery box (fixed now) I noticed resetting power to the ecm the cel would be gone but only for half a days work then return. Also randomly no cel

issue is tried two different shops and can’t communicate to ecm to decode problem

new engine harness year ago

power and ground at connector and can read abs just not engine

thoughts and ideas?

 

Update: Fixed the 9 pin found correct ecm wires with correct resistance and the abs and power ground

new problem which I think is still the bulldog locking cat et out is jpro can connect and identify c13 truck engine but cat et will not connect?
