    Empty out the coolant...
Dump a box of Cascade dish washing soap in it.
Run it for a couple of days and flush.
    Refil with the red juice....

After doing a flush 3x the truck was still running hotter and then it started burning coolant. The water and coolant I flushed out wasn't dirty and didn't have any type of sludge in it. I checked the pre cooler but unfortunately it was clean no leaks there. So it's looking like a blown head gasket/dropped liner. In the 30k miles I've owned it the the engine was never overheated but I had noticed when left idling for awhile it would blow a little white smoke taking off. I had an oil sample done 10k miles ago that came back very clean definitely no coolant in oil. Kinda wish I had left the green coolant in there now but oh well I got it from auction for $10k so you can't expect too much from a truck like that. Time to build back better
