C15 Acert Help (w/ cat et results)

    did you enable the engine fan? if not turn it on manually and have your a/c turned off. I unhook the discharge line from the air compressor also. any of these will abort the test.

    Yah nothing changed or kicked in at all, it aborts the exact same place every time only on the tests where #5 and #6 are working.

    what rpm are you doing the test at?

    15w-40 will be ok and shouldn't be a problem. Did you replace the two outside wire harnesses that go to the ecm? If you didn't maybe pull the two plugs that go to the ecm and see if there is any bent or pushed back prongs? I really don't know what else it would be. You checked the ground wire going to the engine? I was hoping when you replaced the two harnesses in the engine that was going to take care of it.

    Whatever cat et bumps it to, 1000 rpm i believe.

    Yah I was really hoping that would fix her, this acert is on the verge of getting yanked out.

    I don't remember the post but did cat change out the vva housing for 5 and 6 or just replace the solenoid's.

    The dealer changed the 5 and 6 housing. Not sure if they put my selonoids on that housing or not.

    ok so it IS a new housing then? that is on there now.

    No it didnt make a differance so they pulled it back off.
