Wouldn't it be easier to fix the issue causing the derate? Adding fuel with same injector means extended PWM injector time, so you walk the fine line of hammering the rods vs chasing after the flame. What is optimum CA for peak cylinder pressure on your 6NZ? You can for sure clean and smooth up OEM fuel tables, but bigger HP comes from bigger injector tips.

The spelling isn't a problem and I am not disagreeing with you yet. Just curious what you really know. We may be world's apart because I live in the real world.
-
So turning off an injector and turning on a jake brake are the same thing?Wheeljack and spsauerland Thank this.
-
I think we are familiar with Jake operation on 3406E/C-15/C15, so how do you only actuate 2,4, and 6? Pretty sure 1-2 share same housing and solenoid as does 3-4 and 5-6.

Oh yeah turn off an injector does wonders for ur motor.
-
The stock motor is rated for 625 horse.
-
Most all modern engines zero fuel during over-run, but you probably added fuel.Oxbow, Wheeljack, swaan and 1 other person Thank this.

I couldn't tell u the optimum angle for cylinder pressure. I'll put it this way. My 6NZ derates in 7th and higher when on heavy load and it looses boost and is under 1200 rpm. I'm guessing but not sure 100% that the motor is running too lean in those gears.biopure22 Thanks this.
-
Too lean? You worried about NOx emissions. 625 factory 6NZ? Peak torque is 1200 RPM, don't think you should be laying fuel to it down below there. Hope you like doing HG jobs.
-
I said the motor is rated for 625 horsepower. No I'd add fuel 14-1500 to have a better curve
