Sway from logic? There is no such thing as a factory 625 6NZ for a truck. Period.

Also I will have to look into this ecm code. I'm pretty skeptical about cats ecm coding. Very well could be as simple as returning mileage back to 0. I'm thinking cat may have added some bug code it you know what. I mean. I've read countless posts of people not figuring this issue out.

to 0 mileage or hour meter you need to flash a wash file to the ECM and power cycle it after flash. then you can flash a new file with 0 hours and set up the config again and calibrate the engine timing.

as for 6nz pre acert. from 475-550hp they all have the same pistons, cam, injectors, turbo and ECM. the flashfile is all that differs.

7cz pre acert 575-600 uses the same cam, injectors and ECM as 6nz. but the turbo, crank, pistons, liners and flash file differs to 6nz

NXS acert 475-550 uses 18:1 pistons, large injector, small pulsewidth
600-625 use 17:1 pistons, smaller injector larger pulsewidth. obviously the flash files differ.

if you hack the code, or tune the ECM fuel tables you are simply stretching pulsewidth. Never ends well.

7cz 600hp file, 70 pin ECM on a C15 acert with 16:1 pistons, 9710 cam and a single 001 borgy needs no tuning. depending on power goal depends on what injector to fit. 23, 24, 25, 615, 616 etc. theyre chrisp as through 1300-1400rpm

boost leaks, poor fuel pressure, exhaust or intake restrictions will make any ACERT sluggish down there
