You dont need to remove anything to change the hose either. Lube it up with lubriplate and it will slide in.

Rollin if I remember right you have a MBN and so your hose might be different size. The one I told you about earlier is for a 3406. I looked at my mxs acert and that is bigger.

@SAR brings up a good point. The 9Y-4104 I gave is for a C-15(dash) 14.6L. The C15 (no dash)15.2L is P/N 223-9257. The 3406E have different P/N also, 5P-0763, but it supercedes to bulk hose 371-8119 cut to lenth of 6.5 or 7.62 CM. So when part guy ask for your serial number, don't give him such a hard time!

Basicly, acert uses the larger hose, all other before acert use the smaller one. In my case my 1mm uses the acert hose. Figure that one out. LOL

Oxbow, SAR and Cat sdp Thank this.

9Y-4104 spsaurland spot on. $10.83 from CAT. Put t-stats in today. First time doing that. Easy peezy. Hopefully no leaks tomorrow after all the new hoses and new shiny stainless elbows are buttoned up. Looking at the water pump if that ever goes looks like that's not such a bad job to DIY either.

Tug Toy, mtoo, SAR and 2 others Thank this.
