Pictures of the filter base you are working with?

Not an old o-ring stuck in there anywhere?

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Is there an o ring on the bottom of the threads of the check valve?

Seen a guy wrestle one for a week didn’t look at the old one. When I asked him about it said it should have come with it. When he gave up 2 minutes and a blue o ring cured his trouble.

    spsauerland and Oxbow Thank this.

I capped off the line coming from the back of the head that goes back to filter housing, cranked it over and I’m still getting fuel returning to the tank? Would this indicate a internal crack on the filter housing? Could it be leaking by on the hand primer?

Should the bleeder bolt have a oring on the end?

This is what came out of the filter housing! Do y’all notice anything missing, or maybe o rings missing from anything?

Think the bleed screw should have an o-ring in that groove. But I could be wrong.

I put a oring on it and now I’m building pressure. 35-45 while cranking but still will not start without ether. I notice while spraying ether it takes the fuel pressure to get around 60 before it actually starts.
