    Hi I finally got all engine codes fixed. My engine ECM and harness replaced. But woo I still have that shake I will check my fuel pressures and fuel return, is there anything else left??? Also the ECM program was copied off another truck like mine as my old ECM pins were dissolved, eaten up, the dealer didn't customize any injector trim files as I have to find the injector serial numbers. But other than that. No codes what possible causes for the shake?

    Also when light accelerating the engine intermittently gets loud gargle sound and suddenly gets back to a smooth engine sound can feel slight engine power performance between them. What is that supposed to be?

    Did this ever get resolved? I have the same engine same serial prefix (MXS) with the exact same problem. The "thump" is very noticeable at idle but seems to go away around 1200 rpm. Has approximately 575k on platinum overhaul. I just replaced the damper last week. No change.

    C15 if you need an overhead will that cause vibration during acceleration?

    My 5EK is doing the exact same thing! I even replaced the clutch an had the exact same flywheel dewl pin smashed in! My over head sounds noise as well. Their is a grinding noise that I can hear through my shifter! Also, my new clutch is making a slight steady noise that comes off the clutch paddle! The truck has been doing this for a couple months now, but is getting worse! It does it even at an idle, in neutral, an clutch pushed in. Anyone figure anything out? This is driving me crazy!!!!!! I want to know the problem an fix it before it's completely to late!!!! HELP ME......
