c16 vs c15

@Superhauler . Im in the process of rebuilding a 1lw cat. it has a broken crank so im thinking what would be the best option.It has a full tilt manifold and turbo already but a stock 550 file. first option : accert crank and low compression pack? other option :shop that i deal with has a oem c16 inframe kit sitting there,maybe i can get it at a good price (then i need a crank,cam right?)..last option : a low hours 2005 3406e industrial(if it fits ) and scrape mine.
