Man you got any pics of that rig? It's sounds sweet.

 

Sold that truck when it had 1.5 million on it. I put 1.4 million on it myself. Transmission and both rear ends were still original units, never opened up by me. The kid I sold it to didn’t even get 50k miles on it and shelled out all 3 boxes and blew the head gasket. Now the engine is 100% stock again.

 

So did you sell that truck to @wore out ? Very nice truck guys

 

Did you use JB weld?

 

I sold it to a kid in Iowa. Can’t remember his name. I think he sold it too, but I’m not positive about that. It was for sale again recently though. Think some fella in MO had it? I just know all of the marine parts and turbos came off. I’m pretty sure they’re still at the shop that did the work. Wish I’d have just kept that truck myself though. It was showing its age, but #### do I miss that truck.

 

I’m not the best at welding aluminum. Held just fine for 15 years. It was a working truck, not a show princess.
