CA: Citation for parking on interstate on/off ramps

Problem is that to many drivers do let dispatch drive the truck. They set the appointment and tell you "It must del at this time. The world will end if it dose not." Well my fellow drivers, The world will not end if you run legal and del it ASAP with-in the rules. While Disp. doesn't like when drivers tell them what they can do and when it will be there. They really don't like having safety ask them why they want a driver to run illegal.
