Cab corrosion and paint bubbles

    Just gotta sand it down and prime it with etching primer on the bare aluminum spots. I've been looking into this for a while. My truck is chipping all over.

    But what you are seeing may be galvanic corrosion, the action between 2 different metals, between the rivet and the panel. Add in today's nasty road chemicals, and you have a mess.

    Our mechanic also said something about the ground. And the power mirrors/mirror heat may have something to do with it to, being current running to them and being bolted right to the door. Wisconsin winters are hard on everything
