Cops will do whatever they want period.. Why? cause they are not held responsible for doing such actions but encouraged to do them.. The LAW has became nothing less then a legal crime agency to rob people of thier hard earn money.. I and many of you already been to court and have an officer flat out lie to the judge and the judge didnt even listen to your side, finding you guilty.. Its about the money and cops getting thier next promotion becuase he was a revenue maker..
Their is no agency to police the police(lol don't go into the Internal affairs crap), there is no agency to police the goverment.. So, they will do whatever they want and rob you of your rights just to make money so they can waste more money on over priced buildings, desk, ext...

Roadkill, lighten up.I don't post a message without doing a little bit of research and little sense of humor. If what I have posted is incorrect information and someone has more up to date information,I am willing to listen and learn.I started driving trucks in 1980,27 years later I am still doing it.I never failed a drug or alcohol test,a DOT inspection nor do I have any points or violations on my license.I am not on this site other than to offer some help or knowledge to truckers with a question.Rules and regulations have changed over the years.I still have to keep reading up on them. It's just part of the job.Trucking is a good job, just a little bit tougher than most.

The civil legal system is set up to make money. 90% of the time if you go in court to defend yourself you will lose. Go in with an attorney and more than likely you will get what ever reduced.
That is how our legal system is in reality, not right, but it's the best in the world.

Now Who on earth told you that ?
It´s not even close to being best. -

I had one driver tell me that he got out of three separate interior inspections by telling the cop that he had AIDS and was just letting him know that if he got any thing from the inside of his truck he was not responsible.
Each time he stated that the fuzz quickly decided there was nothing of importance in the dudes truck. -
Naahh.... you must be pulling a leg now ?
Can´t be that uneducated ? -
All I did was repeat what another truck driver told me. -
Officially claiming to be neutral, Finland lay in the grey zone between the Western countries and the Soviet Union. The "YYA Treaty" (Finno-Soviet Pact of Friendship, Cooperation, and Mutual Assistance) gave the Soviet Union some leverage in Finnish domestic politics. This was extensively exploited by President Urho Kekkonen against his opponents. He maintained an effective monopoly on Soviet relations, which gave him a status of "only choice for president". There was also a tendency of self-censorshipFinlandisation" by the German press (fi. suomettuminen). When Finlandisation was not enough, direct censorship was used, including in 1700 books and many movies, and asylym-seeking defectors were returned to be killed by the Soviet Union. Soviets created and financed anti-Western and pro-Soviet youth movements peaking in 70s, when communist-led Teen Union harassed teachers suspected of bourgeois ideas, and their former members have still a lot power. Soviet intelligence services sometimes used their contacts to install personnel in the administration, mass media, academia, political parties and trade unions. Politicization was widespread and public sector workers were often dependent on having the correct political party membership. regarding Finno-Soviet relations. This phenomenon was given the name "
Sounds about right.............socialism.
