I saw one of those softside car haulers also on the interstate, he was going the opposite direction, I try to reach him on the radio but he never respond. It wasn't long ago, about a month.

With all due respect to our predecessors who drove them, that in one butt-ugly tractor.madjeeper13 Thanks this.

Ha ha Guess it will be waitin awhile. Got 2 trips to CA under my belt an my mentor got a dedicated route that he can't train on so I wait again! Would'nt be so bad if I smoked. Seems most bedder mentors smoke. Ya I've seen those rigs. I think we're gettin some "12" Cascadias in the fleet. One I drove was ok but that seat felt like a board after 6 hrs!!

The truth is a COE will be the easiest truck to sell and will receive top dollar. There are buyers lining up by the hundreds.

I saw a drive-away convoy of about half a dozen brand new Freightliner cabovers going north on I-59 a couple weeks ago. Some single axle, some tandem. My first thought was WTF?!?! Then I thought maybe car-hauler or export.

were selling them all, some company in Washington bought a bunch of them.

You can't tolerate a smoker for six weeks?
-
I can't tolerate for even 10 minutes with the allergies.

The ones I'm seeing up here don't look like they're on the auction block. When Swift is selling rigs, they are pulled from the fleet and reconditioned. These are still active.
