belive me, with the same engine COE truck usually burns not less fuel then conventional one. There are many Volco VN and FH with D12D and D13 engines. They have the same fuel milage

Well, instead of making this personally abusive (ad hominem), why don't you give me a few reasons why you think i'm wrong.

am not sure for comparing both trucks they dont have same driveline even engine is not same completly and even cab is not completly same for example vnl have rounded top of cab this should help ....

but i think for comparing cabs is best to take nh and fh , and t and r cab because everything behind hood is same

NH is a rare bigd here. There are FM, FH and VN only. I saw NH twice in my life in Russia.

it is easier to find HINO RHD

VN and FH are popular here. FH is a good cabover, VNL is beloved for good sleeper, but comparing with NH cabine is narrow like of FL, but..... price difference...

not all cabs, belive me) But it is better for aerodynamics.

I like narrower cab for more sutable steps in. US conv. truck cabines are all with flat floor, enought room to access sleeper walking between seats.

What do you need wide cabine for? EU cabines are all of sleeper size, that's why they are wider.

First and foremost....As previously stated, No one will buy them.

    They are cramped

    They ride like crap

They're a pain in the ### to service

They are not aroedynamic at all

I have driven them...They suck "BIG TIME!" Most of you that yearn for the venerable old cabover never had to drive them! You want to lie down to get dressed every day? There are/were flat floor COE's for a little while and yet the market still died out...Why do you suppose that happened?

Because drivers hated them and didn't want to work for companies that ran them.

I couldn't care less if they come back because I buy what I want to drive and won't ever have to set foot in one of those sorry, uncomfortable, ugly pieces of #### again.
I have seen the european trucks and for what they are they are nicer than the old trucks that we used to drive but they are still cramped and too small and hideously ugly...You wanna drive that junk?

    Go for it!

I'll continue to ride in comfort in my long hood and leave the euro-junk for the company hands!
