A K100 got frisky with the daughter of a Peterbuilt /Freighliner COE illegitimate lovechild.
That is the result.
Sure got the dads rear but a bit of a mongrel face.

My wife and I were very busy over the weekend hosting our annual Antique Tractor & Engine show so, I did'nt get to let everyone off the hook sorry. The O'l Cabover is a 1961 Mack "G" Model. As we can all tell it has had some mods over the years. If you look closely there are 2 Mack Bulldogs above the grill.

that must be the only thing thats in commonwore out Thanks this.

You didn't show any pics of a G model with aerodyne style sleeper..... What you are showing is plane Jane models. But no, not a lot of similarities since the one I showed pics of has a Cummins engine, Peterbilt airleaf suspension, customized interior, and the external part of he truck has been altered somewhat. SStill an interesting piece of history since it simply exist.

Mack Quantum cabover is in production now, but with Volvo powertrain. In EU it is sold with Renault logo.
KW and Pete make cabovers with DAF cabin.
Argosy, K200 and International 9800i are like old classical US cabovers are made of aluminium. -
mack quantum was a model specialy made for Australia/NZ (renault premium cab + mack powertrain and frame) they dont make them anymore
argosy was developed in the 90's so its more advanced than k100/200 and I9800 designed in the 60's -70's -
Lp333 ,lp1624 vs mp2 2541

The Mack Quantum had a fuller transmission not the Mack as they could not fit the triple counter-shaft in . This is what they told me at the launch in South Africa some years back. Mack had a bad batch of cams and this sealed their fate here and they never sold many. It was a very light truck , almost a ton lighter then the 2648 Actros at the time.98989 Thanks this.
