Classics from the past.....I was going through some old pics and found the pic of this ol KW I use to drive, it was a 1978 model with 400 small cam, 13sp, NO POWER STEERING, NO JAKES, AND NO WORKING A/C, but I didn't really care most of the trucks I drove didn't have power steering, heck I thought that was something for the rich or the candyankles.....but I sure enjoy it now. The cabover pete I found setting in Northern Alabama a few months ago and just took a pic of it, it has a V-8 Detroit under the cab, possibly/maybe a 92 series from the big aluminun valve covers and turbo.

Does anybody know about fitting seats into old cabovers? Any special size considerations I need to keep in mind? The set that's in my K100 isn't too bad, but they still look to be at least 10 years old, if not older, and are a little torn up. I'd like to get something up in the $800/seat price range that isn't incredibly tall.

Barroll- my '83 took the same seats as our long-nose. Trucks look different but you still sit the same, just higher up!

Is there room for arm rests on both sides too? -

i think it is better to pull them as semtrailer this does not need ballast on 5th wheel and you get lower gross weight for 20-23t -
