If it is leaking at the boot and won't seal up, you could try some of that Indian head gasket shellac. Coat the inside of the boot put it on and clamp it down. When it dries you won't have anymore leak. But it makes removing the boot a pain. You'll have to cut it off if you ever need to remove it. https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai...=2ahUKEwiGjbOb1ODoAhURWKwKHXr2CPMQzzl6BAgBECA

The stainless is the compressor output line. I was referring to the compressor air intake line. The blue one in pics.Compressor is turbo charged with filtered air, via the intake manifold, It may be leaking at compressor, very hard to see or get to. But possible.

Follow that blue hose from manifold to compressor, see if it’s broken at compressor
-
If you look closely at the pic the OP posted, you can see a huge hole in that hose directly under the red wire loom.SAR, Rideandrepair and Horsepowerchic Thank this.

Did you put any kind of lube on the pipes and boots? Should be put together dry.
I've honestly always tightened down those clamps until the spring is pretty much compressed. Never had any luck with them at the "proper" torque. Just gotta use some caution on plastic stuff because it'll break.Rideandrepair and tj379 Thank this. -
All I can say is have fun with that hose. Did it once on a 14L S60. It is a BEE A TCH!!!!Rideandrepair Thanks this.
-
Yeah put them on dry.Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Yep, that's the one. On the way to Napa to get a new one. Keep fingers crossed that this solves it.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
