You're sure about that? I wouldn't want my actions upsetting your delicate sensibilities.

Obviously if you’re in a parking lot you go inside.

And prevents nasty things like kidney stones. Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water - you DO NOT want a kidney stone. Maybe drink a lot of water 2 hours or so before your next stop then you can empty safely & keep hydrated.

Most jurisdictions have rules about using a hand held device while driving. ;)

That’s why you attach a hose to your leaker and tape the other end to an empty container that is fastened to the ground with Velcro. Hands free urination apparatus.

i've found caffeine to be like any other drug, the more i take the more i need. it's best to nut up and push through your shift without it. stay hydrated (WITH WATER) and minimize chemical dependency. if you need to use caffeine to get through a shift, GNC sells a bottle of 200mg pills for 10 bucks, crazy efficient. don't eat too much or you'll pay for it.

Brickwall and lil penny Thank this.

a 14 hour day allots for 3 hours of breaks if you only have to drive that day. that's a lot of breaks. you can pull off onto a rest area and pee and stretch and eat something in a 5 minute block of clock time. 3 hours give a lot of pull offs.

Brickwall, lil penny and Lepton1 Thank this.
