I forgot to mention I got a phone call the other day asking me if I would be interested in becoming a TNT trainer. No instructing for me don't want someone tearing up my truck. I am thinking about it might be nice to get a few more loads in each week. Really going to think about it, I could get into the training on Aug 19. We will see how things go.

Well last night was bad, I am stuck here for my 34 cell reception is horrible and so is the free wifi. To make things worse I went inside and when I came back out I had locked myself out of my truck, now realize I think this is the 1st time EVER seriously EVER I have locked myself out of my vehicle. Called AAA and in the Carolina region they do not cover big rigs. It is still early so EVERY Cascadia parked here got a knock on the door with me asking if I could use their key to try to get in my truck, well I had no luck there. So I went inside asked for a phone book and to use their phone since cell reception here is sketchy. The lady working asked me what I need, I tell her I am locked out, my phone rings it is AAA they can cent a commercial contractor out to open the door with a minimum charge of $150. The lady says she knows a guy in town here give me 5 minutes. The guy owns the mechanic shop in town and for only $65 bucks I get back in the truck. I must have been tired I put on a movie and next thing I know it is 11am. What a night gotta love trucking, now to hide a spare key someplace outside the truck.

You need to learn how to break into your truck! What a waste of time and money!

Well rollin down the road I am in Statesboro, GA another hole in the wall. I was parked and asleep at the Sunoco just south of the I-16 at exit 116. The owners beats on my door says you must pay $10 to park I said I ain't paying I am out of hours to move and will be leaving at 1am he said ok then I give you deal only $7. Nothing states it is pay to park. I said call police get me permission to move and I will move. Well the guy did about 15 minutes later Sheriff knocks on the door, what an idiot he was, he says only DOT gives those tickets not us so go ahead and move down to the other stop on the other side of the freeway, I said I am out of hours and can't he said go for it we don't care there were 3 of them, 1 followed me here and I am parked and going to go back to sleep. The "OWNER" of the Sunoco is not someone I would normally willingly do business with so I was happy to move I was half temped to move even if cops said no. Anyway no worries I am moved to a smaller stop got the last spot in it. I think I will be calling Sunoco Corporate in the morning and then the truck stop guide peeps to let them know it is a pay to park.

I have a key in my wallet as well but it was left in the truck. My hide a key is on the road someplace, so I already have it resolved should not happen again.
