Cai/Ark

Drove at Cal-ark 9 months. Miles are consistent, was given older tractor to drive, asked for better one. Last time it quit was due to rotten wiring. Exhaust flex pipe was rigged on, not safe. I was driving 48 in a "Death Trap"!!

 

I drove for Cal Ark when they were still in Malvern, Ar. I loved it. Then when they moved their operations to Little Rock, they had better equipment. They had always been very good at taking care of any mechanicals quickly.
Good miles, always got home when I needed it. I was treated very well. Dispatch was fantastic to work with.
Unless things have changed, you won't find a better company to work for. I wish I still worked for them, but I have since retired and occasionally have fantacies about going back to driving.
I could probably still work for another 10 years or so, the main problem I have with doing nothing is knowing when I am finished .
In summary, give them a try, like most companies, you get out what you put in. Whiners need not apply!

 

Well I been driving almost 3yrs and got offered a lease owner operator position with them. I m jus hopin everything work out well for me. Getting on greyhound today and will b n orientation Monday morning..
