For a coast to coast driver, no experience, what's the least amount I should accecpt?
-
I’m not sure. You’d have to ask someone who has worked there before. Normally you’ll want to find out the home time and pay and benefits before starting but if it works for you, then it works.

Is there ocean front property being sold in Laredo?
Just wondering.Broke Down 69 and Rugerfan Thank this. -
You guys are right. Things went pretty fast today. I'll have to call recruiting and get the information I need.
I know I'm getting $100 a day with the trainer. -
That’s not much but not bad I guess. I hope it works out for you.

The thing with Calex is the coast to coast runs seem pretty nice. Rabbiporkchop said they were nice runs. -
@JohnBoy used to work there. He might have some insight.

I had a brief stint with Calex right out of driving school in 2017. I was in a different place in life and wasn't ready for OTR. So I didn't last long.
Now I feel I'm ready to get on the road. I called and ask if I was eligible for rehire. They said stop down and fill out an app.
So much has changed since I left. I filled out my app in the driver's lounge. He was telling me the good and the bad. But what stood out the most was they are going to Kenworth T680 12 speed automatics and all new trucks have a driver facing camera. Yikes.Texas_hwy_287 and Rugerfan Thank this. -
Yeah I’d say no thanks. But that’s just me. A lot of drivers don’t mind them.
Broke Down 69 and Texas_hwy_287 Thank this.
