    Sorry, I seemed to have missed your question. They give you a motel room and orientation is only one day then dispatched the next. They do pay for Idle air. Unless your truck has an APU, then they don't. All trucks do have fridges. Unfortunately if they break they will not fix or replace them. I guess the $900 cost is a little much. The newest batch that we got in last fall don't have fridges in them, again, I think it's because of the cost. Those trucks are with the teams that run the coast.

    Well I finnaly made it home I delivered in riverside this morning so in less than 21hrs ill be a father for the 2nd time I can't sleep worth a #### cause I'm nervous and excited all in one I hope everyone enjoyed memorial day I know I did be safe y'all pics of the new baby will be up on wensday sometime see ya all then

    Well I wrote up a laundry list of things on my truck that have been put off by me. The truck will be done tomorrow. Everything was fixed that I wrote up except the windows that need replacing had to be shipped from Volvo. I should be done tomorrow. Louie has me planned on a load to Orlando that delivers on Friday. I asked to be home until next Wednesday and was given the ok. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here in the motel and my wife is back home at the Miami Heat/Dallas Maverick game.

    Hello John-Boy I just came across your blog I live in the Albany New York area could you please check to see if Calex hires from my area? i,ve heard about Calex from a caller to " Americas Trucking Network" on XM satellite radio sounds like a great company to work for thank you in advance for your help.

    I just spoke to Mort in safety and he said absolutely they hire out of Albany. As long as you have a recent year of OTR and a clean MVR you will be good.
