You can believe the amount of flats, steps and rgns running empty coming home from Phoenix. I commend them. Don’t take that dog ####e rate, let them maw fawkin brokers dry up and blow away…
cke, Bean Jr., FerrissWheel and 2 others Thank this. -
They’ve been running empty out of Phoenix since I can remember. Loads coming in we’re some what decent. The hay haulers haul roofing going into Phoenix and headed out to Cali/Az state line to haul there prime loads of hay back into SoCali. That was back in the days, the Dairies have all dried up in Chino/Corona area, housing development has over populated the Inland Empire. So, basically, nothing worth hauling out of Phoenix now.cke, FerrissWheel, D.Tibbitt and 3 others Thank this.

I'm not an O/O, but I know someone that is and he told me he takes loads like that because the loads out of SoCal pay well.
-
Nothing is paying well out of SoCali right now, not even reefer loads.

... just talked to dry van owner running from arizona to Delaware for $1.4 per mile ... he was literally in tears
