    OK, here is MY take on this....the BODY aware of California don't even VENTURE into the sun, cuz it will damage and age the skin....much LESS go into the water, cuz simply the presence of humans in the ocean is a violation, and environmental hazard to all marine life, correct? Soooo, Californians need not fear that THEY contribute to this....it's just all us TOURISTS.

    YEAH, right!!
