California wide load restriction

Is everyone aware that there is a new 11' wide restriction on California Interstate 5 north bound in the area of Mt Shasta City, running from 6/19 until 9/22, which pretty much halts wide loads going north, the route around is about a 400 mile detour. for up to 15' wide and much more for anything over 15' wide. There is a push to get Interstate 5 opened one day a week. If this effects you please contact Senator Brian Dahle or Senator Megan Dahle. They are working with CALTRANS now but the more input from those effect by this restriction the better
