    I totally agree with you! I'm a rookie driver but I would make the call without hesitation. I haven't had to yet but What if you're driving along and tell yourself, eh he's probably just reaching for his smokes or changing the radio. And then 10 miles down the road the trucks rolled over with 2 cars under it. I'd feel responsible for not making the call when I could have potentially saved some lives.
