My view on fighting is of two minds and im torn. On the one hand, Unless and until someone pulls a weapon or is obviously causeing bodily harm.... its likely not my place to do anything. Especially as in this day and age there are some people who honestly need a broken nose to figure out they can only push so many buttons before someone snaps and puts them in their place.

Further with how few outlets we have to vent agression and how much any show of agression can get you jailed nowadays. I personally think its a healthier if not nessesarily healthy outlet for it. I think a big part of why people seem just so much less....kind? Stable maybe? Is that all the old vents have been closed and the current rage and hate is a symptom of that. So letting someone blow it off and get it out of the system before it escaltes to destroying a small town with a semi is better.

Meanwhile calling in could be the "final" straw for someone. And that someone goes postal once they feel not only have they been repressed to a point they just snap. But now everything in their life was stripped and they have nothing left to lose. So may as well go stabby stabby shooty shooty.

On the other hand i personally think letting animals be animals drags us all down to their level and gives the powers that be more ammuntion to further tear down and restrict people. Something i know unirronicly plays into their hands having you need to rely on them and happy to report your fellow man for fear you will have retrubutions against you indirectly....but its still something to consider. Plus and my main reason for concern is since so many of these classic vents have been close for so long. Many people no longer know when enough is enough. Or have repressed their rage so long when it boils over they lose all rational thought and control. The above meaning a "friendly" fist fight can devolve into someone on the ground trying to hold their guts in after they get knifed or shot in fractions of a second.

its a difficult call to make. Persionally i think we need to just set up places where if both partys consent to enter. Be divested of weapons. And then they can to an extent pound the living #### out of each other with no negitive consiquinces outside a black eye or busted nose then go find a beer to talk it out like adults. I think the world would be a lot less #### in that case.

Yeah, but the only reason they call the cops is because the manager won't give them what they want. Karen dgaf about right or wrong, she just wants to usen the cops to make the poor manager let her have her way.
