Calling Out TQL

They grow fast because they put people out of business. Please don't post your unwanted BS here. You probably work for TQL. Most brokers are glorified thieves honestly. There is a human-being driving that truck by the way, it doesn't drive itself. Most have health costs, a family at home, a mortgage, a car payment, etc. Stop treating drivers like animals. Your comment made me sick.

 

TQL should be sued for fraud, unethical business practices. End of story.

 

As a broker myself I have no problem admitting that there are good brokers and bad brokers, that is why it is crucial to find brokers and carriers that have done you right and stick with them , The misconception goes both ways , brokers at TQL are held to a standard , The carriers that I have grown close with I always tell them when on a phone call with a different broker state your terms for detention when agreeing to take the load before signing the rate confirmation , all the phone calls our record it and management will make the broker abide by anything they agreed to, also call in and set up an accesorial policy that way every time we bring up your MC it states clearly what your terms are for detention and it cannot be disputed

 

You get fired if you fall out on a carrier because a cheaper truck called in after the rate con is sent

 

i have also black listed them i ran 2 loads for them they are refusing to pay me on. $1275 and they have screwed me on many detention and tonu they are covered they put in there rate con that they dont have to honor any detention requests and its done on a per carrier basis.

put with these 2 loads they didn't put anything into the rate con about needing the originals in order to get paid then they decided to insist both of these loads needed original paperwork yeah I live in south Louisiana and had 3 feet of water in my house and lost all my files. funny how they waited till after flood a month after i sent in paperwork to tell me they needed originals. I called them and they said they wont pay me so I said well ill just file on your bond and what really pissed me off was she was like ok you need our information all nice and sweet. like basically we don't care that wont hurt us were still not paying you. how come every other business in this country charges late fees penalties and interest for late payments but we cant. this is such bs our hands are tied all the time.

 

The customers that hire TQL generally are not the customers you'd want to pull for anyway. Easier to just not deal with them at all.

 

Because companies that charge late fees have that included in their contract. You can too, just draw up a contract that states your companies delinquent payment charges, interest and collection fees, have your customer sign it and, get ready to enforce it.

 

Lmao, they won't sign and you can't make them. They'll pretty much tell you to go have sex with yourself.
