Took my truck to get alignment done TA said they won’t do it because my steer camber is off by 2.2• on the left, right side is off -2.1• . I replaced my front axle a month back and bought new leaf springs. I think the shop didn’t put the correct shim on my leaf springs. I’ve attached pictures of the degree my camber is off. Anyone know what size shims I should buy to get it
    centered again ?

AFAIK you set the caster with shims, not camber.

Only way I'm aware of to adjust the camber is to have the truck put on a rack and have the axle cold bent to put it in spec.

"I replaced my front axle a month back" Why and was the axle new or used? Camber is not adjustable on most trucks. Bending of the axle can correct some camber problems but not recommended by most manufacturers.
The shims and/or tapered plate under the front springs are for caster adjustments.
Kingpin bushing and thrust bearings can affect all 3 alignment specs.
Negative camber means that the wheel is tilted inward at the top.
The shop that replaced the springs should have checked the alignment or sent it out to be checked at that time.

At one time I worked for a company that had 15,000 road tractors. Their policy was to go back to the manufacturer if the camber was wrong. Unless it had been wrecked incorrect camber was considered a manufacturer defect. They did not have axles bent to correct camber.

Ok, first off, what kind of truck is this? What kind of front axle do you have? 2 full degrees of camber is MASSIVE! You can see that with the naked eye!!! If you can see the wheel tilting inward or outward, you have something majorly wrong that an alignment isn't going to fix.

Perhaps the axle company is in cahoots with the tire companies. Years ago, one never heard of camber issues, axles came new spot on, and if there was an issue, such as accident, they would heat the axle and bend it. With the crap metal today, and inherently crooked foreign parts suppliers, I wouldn't dare heat one up. In a related story, kind of, I used my daughters car for a while, a Dodge Caliber, not a bad car, but the front tires were always wearing badly. I took it in for an alignment, they said it was WAY off. I said, how did that happen, think she hit something? Nope, they said, been like that from the factory, we see it all the time.

Take it back to the shop that did the axle swap.
