Right but what I'm trying to say is that you can ask them what method they use and they won't hide it from you. No need to be scared to question. You have that right and they want you to pass and not cost them money/resources if you fail.
Many people have similar situations like yourself. A lot can happen in three months. It's a very long time to go back.
It would cost you a lot as well if you were to travel a considerable distance from home to begin orientation at a new job only to be sent home due to an unexpected hair test you don't agree to take.

English as 2nd language/foreign driver. I'm not afraid of them. I see their impact on the industry & roadways.

Heartland Express was where I started my OTR career and they did not hair test in 2021. I’m not sure what their acquisition of CFI meant for drug testing, but CFI hires new drivers and seems to be a solid outfit for newbies.
They also own Millis, which trained new drivers at one point and probably still do.
I think even Heartland was training drivers at one point, but that was the heart of the COVID boom when they needed meat in a seat, so not sure now.
and before anyone interprets this the wrong way, drug tests were not a fear of mine lol. It was just some info I could share.tscottme Thanks this. -

When you say your " forum" do you mean " thread"?
Don't wait too long. Some employers want to know why you were idle to long. -
