Can 40lbs rears handle a high powered cat?

    Thanks. I thought that you were in the 8 axle area. Must take alittle bit to figure out how to shim those spreader bars just the right way.

    i am an 8 axle 3 axle trailer+1 axle booster+4axle truck=8 axles shims? nope i use the same amount of shims everytime but i have a pressure regulator on my booster axle i can adjust to distribute the weight. look under heavyhaul pics thread at my setup.

    superhauler, dumb question but what are the shims you're referring to?

    I've seen your comment in different threads to look under heavyhaul pics but I can not find them. Where are they?

    there is other issues. such as the motor doesn't exactly drop speed fast enough. you almost have to use the jake when letting off the gas. and that's very hard on the rears. i'm sure the trans could use a going through also.

    different thickness of steel plates about 4 or5 in square that you add or take out of the top front spreaderbar to adjust your weight on your axles.
