One thing I noticed years ago. The biggest U-Haul is 2lbs under 26k lbs. Really skirting the law

I drove the big Uhaul truck for two days. I honestly can’t believe they let people with no CDL or truck driving experience drive those things. Plus you can pull a trailer and tow your car behind. Seems crazy. I’ve been driving truck for years but that Uhaul couldn’t definitely get a bit crazy for someone used to a Prius.

When I used one to move 2 years ago. I was surprised by it's acceleration. Didn't like having no cruise control. But it might be because it's one for short drives

I briefly had a job delivering trucks for a driveaway company about 15 years ago. I had quit a bus driving job and got sucked into that work. As someone else mentioned, a Class B with an air brake endorsement is sufficient. I even had my elderly Volvo station wagon rigged to be towed.

The job seriously sucked, however, and I regret not looking harder at upgrading to a Class A back then.
