Asking for an inspection is a great way to build up positive CSA points, if I remember right. Proving they don't find anything wrong.

i wouldn't be sure about that.
when i first came back out. i got a level 3 in utah. just for kicks and giggles. the gal said it would is why she pulled me in.
around that time. there was an o/o trying to boost his score. said his trucks were inspected and passed 9 times. but 3 months later his score was actually higher.
it was also discussed on the radio. with the callers making the same comments. passed but scores went higher. ferrow was the guest of the show. -
Seeking ways to improve company score

My company pays $75 for every clean inspection so when I got all my ducks lined up and have time I'll stop and request one they usually only do a level2 when you request one. But hey I've made a ton of extra cash by just requesting one never failed either.

I request them all the time. I must have a current CVSA sticker (less than 90 days old) on my windshield before showing up to a highway patrol escorted load. They have never said no in 15 years of asking. -
My company (a small one) enters all the drivers who get clean inspection print outs into a drawing for a paid day off. Theres usually like 6-7 in the drawing.
-
my company also draws. 2 winners get $500 each.
