Under Georgia law you are not a felon. Yet. So you should not say you are a felon. In Missouri during plea bargains sometimes an SIS or SES is offered. A SIS allows you to plead guilty but as long as you complete your probation there is no felony record. The SES is a guilty plea and a felony record but you stay out of prison provided you complete the probation. Georgia's law is like our SIS. You have no felonies until you screw up your probation.
We real felons are a proud group. You cannot join our club without paying the dues.
