I was just using that at an example. Or like when he was talking about ready mix saying you’ll sleep in a pile of sand between loads. Lol dude no one does that. There is no time between loads unless it’s raining or winter.

I had to quit using Sterling's, I got sick of walking around to the passenger side to pull the 5th wheel lol. I forgot to mention that if you drive up or down 75 you will see plenty of said pos Columbias pulling brand new shiney blue trailers.....

Weird, we use a sterling to pull our lowboy. Idk what motor it has in it besides it’s a Mercedes with some balls.

the must have put a new 5th wheel on it because a it’s on the drivers side.

yeah the amazon headquarters is near me. You see all sorts of trash pulling their trailers. Then I’m also by the rail yard so all the container trucks are beautiful as well.

Actually 3 times, instead of twice, but who is counting??

Since I have never ever mentioned foodstuffs Unless maybe livestock feed, and as far as I can remember the only thing I may have mentioned coming out of a drivers check, was livestock, which does. But since you mention it many auto carriers require their drivers to pay for damages to the autos, they damage, and I have seen contracts from 1099 drivers they have signed requiring them to pay for any problems they have with the truck they are driving.

Now since you are running your mouth about food service stuff I have never posted on, who is it that post stuff that is not factual?? So I got to ask wtf are you talking about. lol

Well to shoot down another example of yours. I used to live next door to a cement factory (Well around the corner, but had to pass it to leave the neighborhood) and yes, I seen people dozing in their personal vehicles a few times. Again was it all the time? No, but I have seen it.

So since both your examples are simply bad, I'm done arguing. Maybe if you opened you mind a little and realized not every job is your precious union job and some employers simply suck you might not be so closed minded about others experience.

Ours have Mercedes engines in them and actually run really good for old trucks but the 5th wheel pull is on the passenger side. Not a big deal I guess if you are only hooking and dropping once a day but doing it 50-100 times a night it gets old quick. I'll stick with the Columbia, I actually like it more than most of the trucks even newer ones but it's probably just because I'm used to it. I swear you get in 20 different trucks of the same model and they all drive 100% different from each other. IMG_20191105_220647032.jpg

Some of these posts makes me laugh at myself. I had a fender busted up and the right side headlight plus the big light knocked off, in Northern Alberta on my way to Alaska. I called my insurance company once I got to Alaska and they ask if I could jerry rig some kind of light and get it back home.
I put a headlight bucket off a chevy PU on it and had to run back to Iowa and back to Alaska before I went back home to NM. I then opted to take the payment from insurance and repair it myself, I bought a red hood from a salvage yard and a new old stock bumper off of ebay. I left out without painting the hood and made another couple of trips to Alaska before it went to the body shop. That truck still has the nickname of Rudolf. lol

How about you show me any post where I have mentioned sleeping in a pile of sand, or really any post where I mentioned hauling ready mix at all? Hint, you will not find it anywhere, I think you have something mixed up .
