    I do constantly.
    And as I said,sometimes you have people who will pull stunts on purpose. It’s called aggressive driving/road rage.

    You still could slow down & they would get by. I have been in that situation. Pay attention & expect the unexpected.

    Nothing in particular,driver of the 4 wheeler was a certified nutjob(her license was revoked by the RMV because of numerous drug charges).She was observed weaving in and out of traffic.She was taken into custody. Last I heard she was sentenced to a womens prison.

    You are in control of your vehicle & you always got an out if you drive like you should. Why do you think the companies say the accident was preventable most of the time???

    In my case both my company and the state police said it was non-preventable. If anything my company went after the insurance company that covered the car for the damages done to the truck.

    Luck had nothing to do with it. The majority of the highways around the major metropolitan areas around New England have 24/7/365 round the clock traffic video surveillance.

    They were aware of her actions before she even hit me.
