Move over law is there for a reason. Most pay attention far enough ahead that they have time to adjust, but you gotta know what's around you & what precautions to take.
Can a move over law affect CDL?

Even in this day and time not all of us run cameras.
It may have have changed but, when most states implemented the move over laws, they were usually move over or slow down, generally 20 mph under the speed limit seemed like the standard, but I guess they could have changed it.
All that said, I have met cops that were having a bad day or what ever too.mjd4277 Thanks this. -
You need to run in the states even cars don't move over but some semis blow their doors off with inches to spare. They need to ticket far more than they do.
Veteran driver Thanks this. -
Don't slow down so slow that you cause an accident, the stupidest thing I see is people across all lanes slowing below the minimal speed and many times someone gets rear ended or hit. These laws can be stupid, and yes it is important to slow down but we do not need to cause accidents.
