The ad refers to Feeder drivers, which are UPS Parcel tractor trailer drivers.

Buster Brown ain’t hurting a bit….they’ve always been a license to print $$$$
They always cry poverty after a new union contract is finalized….it helps dilute the stock value….& they always hope to get senior guys to opt out early..,usually advertising an imminent stock split
Having said all this if…if you can get on with them& put up with their massive amount of BS…you’ve got a great payin gig to retire from

2 weeks ago, went downtown Chicago, Teamsters Local 705, guy says, FED EX is not allowed to deliver anything to them. And they will NOT accept any deliveries from them. Ha Ha Ha, I like that. Especially the FED EX GROUND CLOWNS.

UPS is union so there is cetainly very detaled info about pay raises available. You might try posting to the UPS section of the web site.

$9 billion in revenue is VERY different from $9 billion in profit.

Operation income is different than net profit and profit margin. UPS Profit Margin 2010-2023 | UPS

How detailed do you want to get? The gist of my comment was that UPS is a stable job and I still see value in UPS as a shareholder. IMG_9360.png

To be clear, I bet those jobs lost were office or management. They are hiring drivers, not laying them off.
