I wonder if she knows how many hours are in a week? I drove for PGT before, I had two problems with them 1) did not re-emburse o/o for tolls 2)the constant waiting at the union steel mills (no wonder they are all going out of businness)

i worked for this company years ago well like 3 or 4 never really had a problem until my truck broke down in indianapolis....did not have a cell phone at that time and was towed to a repair shop off sam jones exy after calling dispatch about 4 times and being told nothing was being done to get me on the road over a 7 hour period.....i finally call monaca...they sent a guy to take me back to somewhere off 275 in ohio can not recall where...anyways they put me in a "rescue" truck which would not idle "so what" i drove back to indi got my trailer and delivered my load to tenn...after unloading i was told drive the truck back to place on 275 and promptly fired....they claimed i quit..i did not was never even told why i was fired...screw those people and the english teachers whom claim i use bad grammar

now, that funny -
Does this company use qualcomm? If so, did they send ANY messages regarding his termination over the qualcomm? If so, it's expensive, but you've got them DEAD cold! Just contact qualcomm inc and request messages from truck to terminal back to truck for two days prior and two days past his firing.
Qualcomm messages are legal documentation. If the thing can screw you, it can screw companies too. -
Another attorney with a CDL ????

No actually that is solid advice! You can delete all the messages you want or try to run them out of the memory but they are kept in Qualcomms servers for about a year in case of an accident of something needing legal attention!
