Contact the Federal Motor Carriers, Safety Administration detailing the hours of service violations and the companies coercion in violating those regulations. Then forward a copy of your statements to your Congressman and both Senators from you state of residence. Also contact Public Citizen (http://www.citizen.org/) and The Truck Safety Coalition (http://www.trucksafety.org/). They may be willing to assist with legal fees or provide the names of attorneys that might consider taking your case pro bono.

 

Oh YEAH contact that Public Citizen! Our WORST enemy! That'll do the freaking trick, just give those arse ***** something else to use AGAINST us! They are truckers biggest threat next to Crash and MADD and all the rest of the alphabet anti trucking groups out there!

Making action to your problem would probably help your husband to get rid of it.

 

Why don't you try consulting it to your close friend and ask some advice...so that you will what is the first thing to do yet better yet get some legal advice with the cincinnati bankruptcy attorney,,,
