Contact the Federal Motor Carriers, Safety Administration detailing the hours of service violations and the companies coercion in violating those regulations. Then forward a copy of your statements to your Congressman and both Senators from you state of residence. Also contact Public Citizen (http://www.citizen.org/) and The Truck Safety Coalition (http://www.trucksafety.org/). They may be willing to assist with legal fees or provide the names of attorneys that might consider taking your case pro bono.
