Can anyone recommend companies in Washington State that hire new drivers? (Everett?)

Go to Community Transit if you have a good MVR, their pay and benefits are great, it's union and it's easy. The drawbacks are drunk/belligerent passengers, local traffic (I don't have to tell you that drivers here are idiots) and CT has a reputation for being rigid, and hard on their employees including their own management. They train and prefer no experience because they don't like people with initiative who can think for themselves.

You know I've thought about Community Transit... but until they build a bullet proof box around the driver's seat, FORGET IT!

I drove for First Transit, operating Community Transit and Sound Transit coaches as a subcontractor to CT. I only had one issue with a passenger in 3 months. It's good money at CT, but not at First Transit at $4.00/hour less
