Got hit with a level 2 in Kansas last week; first inspection in 13 years.
Trooper comes up, raises his hands and says, "You haven't done anything wrong, this is just a random inspection". He gave my rig the once-over, we BS'd for a bit and were soon both on our separate ways.
Judging by his professionalism and demeanor, I'd be willing to wager that I'd have had more to worry about than a level 2 if I had decided to be an ######.207nomad and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
I'd wager a guess that this was an older trooper too, right?
-
No, I figure he was maybe mid-thirties, likely former military.

oh yeah I remember that. once they stopped me on the street near Kazav train station in Moscow. I had no passport and propiska with me (plus I don't look like Russian) and they took me to there(local jail)..Last edited by a moderator: Dec 16, 2016

last year in January I saw something unusual for USA. the ICE and Border Patrol had closed I-10 just before cali border/colo river and was checking everybody's immigration status. it was like at checkpoint on I-10 in tx near Sierra Blanca. there were more than 50 officers involved
