I wasn't stating any distaste for law enforcement
I'm just saying what I feel to be how things may operate in the real world, that they can search your vehicle/truck without much, if any, probably cause
For those that "ride dirty", be concerned, for those that don't, you obviously have nothing to worry about if they do.
Can DOT Highway patrols search your truck

What I did was all too common there on the 79....I was supposed to drop at the mill before the coop and missed the turn-off....I was like the second or third driver who missed the turn-off that day....He checked my logs and then told me to just turn around and head to the coop for a heavy weigh....
No ticket.....no harm...no foul....
Just one embarrassed driver and a kid who had a story to tell his wife at dinner....alds Thanks this. -

A kid pulled you over.....
Man oh man.... It seems that most of the cops I see these days don't look old to shave.

In all the years I have been in this world, I have never had some police officer want to search my Truck or Car or Rig. I am polite with them and for the most part they are polite with me. I as a Truck driver see more Jerks that are drivers than I do ones that are Peace Officers,
What I don't like is the machine that is pushing the police to do things that trample on our Constitution. There lies the Crux of the problem. Look to where the Corruption really is.Panhandle flash Thanks this. -
#### it, I don't know if my delicate ego can stand up to such a claim.
I may just go crouch in a corner and weep now.
