Yes it is. But the OP wants to become an owner operator, he doesn't have a CDL, has zero experience.
Point I was making is , it insane to to even ask with no CDL or experience. He needs to start at the bottom like everyone else. Start at a low pay company and work his way up... You don't start as an owner operator, you need training and experience BEFORE you even consider becoming an owner operator.
