I live in Eastern PA (near Hazleton) and am looking at running an OTR position with the hopes of alternating home time both here in PA and out in Phoenix where my elderly mother lives. Can it be done at Marten? From what I've read the good seems to outweigh the bad with them, so I'm giving them a serious look.

One absolute dealbreaker though would be driver facing cameras. Does Marten use them or are there any plans for future use?

    Thanks!

Back when I drove for them, when they were a great company eons ago, the policy was that a driver could take hometime ANYWHERE in the US.

So many things have changed since I left them in 2004 though. There isn't enough money to get me to drive for then again.
At one time, they had driver facing cameras. Don't know if they still do thai or not.

No cameras, they are actually kind of against it. And yes you can do your home time where ever you want. Phoenix would be pretty easy as well. Great company.

I'm late, but I don't see why it would be an issue for an OTR. I have always been regional, but I used to alternate between Memphis & Tucson all the time! Only reason that ended is because we lost the dedicated lane right to Chandler, AZ.
